Developed in response to years of customer requests, the medium-roast, whole-bean coffee applies Purity’s science-driven standards to espresso-based drinks and everyday brewing.

While any Purity coffee can be brewed as espresso, this roast was developed with espresso extraction in mind from the start. Its roast profile falls between FLOW, Purity’s flagship medium roast, and EASE, its dark roast, helping soften the coffee’s natural acidity and build a balanced flavor that holds up as a concentrated shot. Rather than simply creating a darker coffee, Purity calibrated the roast around the flavor, body and extraction customers expect from espresso.

Circular Health Coffee connects soil health, regenerative growing practices, intentional sourcing, rigorous testing and precision roasting. All Purity Coffee beans undergo third-party testing for mold, mycotoxins and other contaminants and are then precision-roasted to maximize beneficial compounds naturally present in coffee while delivering balanced flavor.
