Located at 2545 Innovation Loop in Youngsville, North Carolina, within the Franklin County submarket, the facility was 100% leased at the time of addition.
Completed in 2026, the Class-A distribution center features 40-foot clear heights, a cross-dock configuration and direct access to U.S. Route 1. The property serves as a warehousing and distribution hub supporting manufacturing operations in the Raleigh area.
